I received my inspiration for the first canvas from a photo I took of a friend who was standing on a stool taking a photo with her I-Pad. The position of her pose was what caught my attention. I printed the photo and used it as a pattern. The end result looks nothing like the original.
This canvas started with the background, then the chair. The chair was a black and white picture that I painted with markers and acrylic paint. The flower shaped stencil is a fly swatter I bought at the dollar store.
