Printing on papers and fabrics

I  recently purchased a Gel Printing Plate.  The day it arrived in the mail I immediately called Midge and said we have to get together and play.  So, the next day we spent over 4 hours printing on paper and fabric.  We had the best time.  This is a picture of us, relaxing and making decisions over who gets which print.  I love this printing plate, wish I hadn't waited so long to purchase it.

Cheers!

Giveaway winner

The winner of the "My Memory's Suite" v2 digital scrapbook software program
is number 6 "Gloria Stone".  Gloria's comment was "roots and branches for sure."
Gloria please send me the email account you want the information to be sent to for downloading your software program.

Thanks to all who entered the giveaway. This is a wonderful software program.  If you would like to purchase it you can find a coupon code on my blog that you can use to get a $10 discount on the software and a $10 coupon for the store.

These pages were created with the "My Memories Suite" software program.

When I work on projects, I keep a large poster board sheet on my table.  All my extra paint, doodles, stamps, etc. transfer onto the poster board.  This is the results of a couple months use of this poster.
I cut it up into 16 pieces, 5 1/2 in. x 7 in.  I can imagine so many ways to use these pieces.  Book covers or journal pages, cards, bookmarks, background papers and more.

Giveaway

I have something special to share with you:

This is so exciting.

I am giving away one "My Memories Suite "v2, digital scrapbooking software.  This is a $40 value. Please read this post to find out how you can be entered to win.

"My Memories Suite", is a digital scrapbooking software.  I love it.  It is very user friendly, sooo easy.  The pages print out beautifully.  Scrapbook pages can be created using the Designer Template which guides you through the process or you can completely design your pages using your own creative ideas.  There are lots of options for what you can do with this program, such as cards, calendars and photobooks as well.  This is my first experience using a digital scrapbooking software.  I'm having so much fun.

These are a few pages I created.  The first two I designed myself.

The following pages were created with the "Designer Template".

You can find more information about this Digital Software by watching this video from You Tube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sq1nXI8k7Pc

In order to enter the giveaway, it is as easy as this

Starting September 16 through September 25, 2011, you need to visit www.MyMemories.com and choose your favorite digital paper pack or layout, then make a comment on my blog telling me which one you like.

I will be using a random number generator to select the winner and will announce the winner within a few days after the 25th.

Greeting cards made with 'Paper Cloth'

My neighbor and good friend, Midge Kullberg, is a wonderful artist.  Before getting into Mixed Media she painted beautiful watercolor pictures.

Midge made these colorful greeting cards using pieces of 'Paper Cloth' attached to good quality cardstock .  I love all the different papers she used.  The paper toweling and colored threads add wonderful texture. Her choice of stamps and adding a little glitter were a great touch.

Thanks Midge for letting me share your cards on my blog.
