21 Secrets Project

This class was taught by Roben Marie Smith.  The title of this class is "Baby Got Back To Back" based on the uniqueness of this journal.  What a fun project!  It uses a kraft gift bag for the base to attach everything to.

This is my decorated page after the first step of adding paint to my gel printing plate and pressing my paper on to it.

This is my completed page as I continued to add collage and stamping, etc. to it.  I scanned this page into my computer and printed a copy to use for my book covers.  I think my ink cartridges were missing some colors because it printed out without all the vibrancy of the original.

The following photo shows the book from each side.  Each side is the cover to another book.

Photos on a sunny day in Jubilee

I took my camera with me on my first walk in the neighborhood after arriving home.  My camera quit working quickly though, because I forgot to charge the battery.

It was a beautiful sunny day.

 Cattails at the pond.

 View of the golf course.

 Deer crossing.

The yellow stuff should be the state flower.  It is everywhere in Washington.

Doodling along the way

All it takes is a pen and paper.  Some of these are weird but they sure helped entertain me on our long drive home.  I always keep a little notepad and a pen in my bag so if  I'm waiting for someone or something it keeps me busy.
